Is your computer running slow, freezing up, or crashing? Are you experiencing the dreaded blue screen of death? Is your computer simply refusing to turn back on and boot into Windows? If you answered yes to any of these questions, let us take a look and see what’s going on.

We charge a diagnostic fee of $65 for both laptop and desktop computers and $90 for custom build computers. If we fix your computer issue while diagnosing it, there is no additional charge beyond the initial diagnostic fee. If a repair requires parts, the diagnostic fee will be applied to the total repair cost.

If in any case, you decide not to go forward with the repair needed, we retain the diagnostic fee for the time spent diagnosing the computer.
